Requests and estimates.

Submitting a request through this site asks us to contact you about plumbing work. It does not create an appointment or a contract by itself. Estimates are provided in writing and are based on the information available at the time, including any photos you provide. Field conditions can change an estimate; when they do, we tell you before proceeding.

Communication consent.

When you give us your phone number with a request, you agree we may call, text, or email you about that request. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time. Marketing messages are only sent with your separate agreement.

Website content.

Content on this site is general information about our services, not plumbing advice for your specific situation. Conditions vary house to house. When in doubt, have a licensed plumber look at the actual problem before acting.

Intellectual property.

The design, text, graphics, and photos on this site belong to Prestige Plumbing Company or are used with permission. Do not reuse them without written consent.

Limitation of liability.

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Prestige Plumbing Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Plumbing services are governed by the written agreement and warranty you receive with your job, not by this page.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes arising from them are handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
